Nav: Contextual upsells

I worked with the design team to add new contextual popovers that appeared depending on what users clicked. We used Figma to see the entire journey to make sure it flowed.

Result: Doubled the click-through rate

Nav: Prime Card modals

These modals appear after a user signs up for the Nav Prime Card. Research showed that customers were confused about how the card worked, so we introduced new modals to introduce the product better and explain the advantages.

Nav: Bookkeeping banner & modals

I used Figma to write these modals that appear after users log in to the platform. They announce the new bookkeeping tools to users, explain their value, and encourage them to use the product. The banner pops up in the product to remind users to confirm their transactions each month.

Nav: Pricing tiers page

We used this in-product page to test pricing tiers to see if they convert better than a single price. I worked closely with the design team and the marketing team to determine how to best promote each of the tiers.
